Add salt and lemon juice, stir and prepare rice.<br />For chutney grind all the ingredients without water, if need 1to 2 tsp water can be added .and keep aside.<br />Marinate the shrimp with chili powder turmeric powder and salt.<br />In a pan add ghee and fry onion well then add tomato and ginger fry till the tomato become soft. In this mixture add the shrimp to it and fry well till there is no water content.<br />Marinate the mutton with turmeric powder chili powder and salt.<br />In a pan add ghee and fry onion well then add tomato, ginger garlic, in this mixture add the mutton, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.<br />Cook mutton and fry well till there is no water content.<br />In a wide dish, spread the rice layer first, then add the mutton then spread the rice then add the chutney then again add the rice, then add the shrimp masala repeat this till the top most layer is rice.<br />Decorate with fried onions, nuts and coriander leaves.
